Vil ministeren tage initiativ til at ændre lovgivningen, så det fastslås, at afgørelser om ophold, udvisning og statsborgerskab udelukkende træffes efter danske love og beslutninger, som ministeren selv fremhæver i bogen »Ingen over Domstolen – Hvordan Den Europæiske Menneskerettighedsdomstol har taget magten fra de europæiske demokratier og sat sin legitimitet over styr«, hvor han skriver, at dommere i Strasbourg ikke bør afgøre, hvem der må blive i Danmark, og hvem der må få »det rødbedefarvede danske pas«, og bekræfte, at regeringen vil sikre dansk beslutningskompetence uden at overlade spørgsmålet til EU?
